I drink 1 can of Monster Energy Drink a day, is it bad for me?

I drink 1 can of Monster Energy a day. Sometimes i dont drink it ever day, but I do very often. I only have 1 a day. Unless im with my friend, then we have maybe 2 or 3. I brush my teeth regularly and I don’t eat a lot of candy, hardly any.
I drink ALOT of water during the day. Juice sometimes. I have no chance of being dehydrated.

Its good that you drink water that balance but take it easy make it once every other day or 2 a week Monster has guarana in it and that is unhealthy
