i want to make and sell monster energy drink decals. but i dont know if this logo is trademark infringement. i dont want to be sued. does anyone know?

You can’t legally sell products with a company’s logo on them unless you have a licensing agreement with that company. What you’re proposing would definitely be classified as trademark infringement.
