Having low carb monster energy drink a day/ week?

Is it safe to have the low carb monster drink almost every day? Because i have 1 like 2-3 times a week, and i make sure i drink a full glass of water like about 15 minutes before having a monster, and once i finished the monster, i wait like an hour or hour in a half later, then i drink about 2-3 full glasses of water. Would that be fine for me, since i do that eachtime i have a monster? Or it wouldn’t matter it’s still bad for me?

No way! If you have too much caffine, you can overdose. A friend of mine used to drink like four Red Bulls a day for a few months, and ended up having to take theses weird pills that clensed her system. I encourage you to slow down a bit on them.

I drink Blue Lo Carb Monster 2 or 3 times a week. It gives me energy and gets me going. I do not drink them everyday because it caused me to not sleep at night. I know people who drink them everyday with no ill effects. I would say it is okay to drink them like you have been.

I drink the exact same thing every day in the 24 ounce can because I have no arthritis pain when I do and it is MUCH safer than taking pain medications for arthtitis and I have absolutley no side effects form it. Read the label, there is nothing but vitamins and natural stuff in it….
