Is it safe to drink MONSTER energy drinks?

I just bought a MONSTER energy drink. I am in grade 6, and 11 years old. I already drank a little bit, but is it still safe? By the way, my friend always drinks MONSTER. That’s why I bought one.

monster has alot of caffeine which is not good for. most energy drinks are not good for you because they are tooo strong. so you should watch how much you drink and make sure you dont drink too much. for younger kids it sometimes effects growing…..

im 14 and i drank one every once and awhile but my mom on the other hand Drinks a java monster everyday it can be harm-full from wat i heared but monsters have a lot of vitamins but since u r only 11 i would only drank 1 maybe every month maybe 2 but that’s it
