what supplements …
what supplements should a hung gar practitioner take? i thought this video was an interesting blend of two subjects to discuss. I’ve never tried this stuff, to be honest i don’t think energy drinks work, i recon its a placebo effect. Are there any traditional chinese remedies designed to energise and aid muscle recovery?
