@Stormsta20 Haha, thanks! Sure! Most eyeliner that you put on your waterline will wear off throughout the day simply because that part of your eye is wet so normally there won’t be anything to take off. I don’t suggest putting eye makeup removers on that part of your eye just because I don’t trust it. So, if you do want to take something off, I would suggest thoroughly washing your hands with an antibacterial soap and gently taking a finger and wiping it away. It’s always worked for me! :]
