Who is 7up owned by? and does it own Arizona Iced Tea/Monster Energy Drink as well?

Who is 7up owned by? and does it own Arizona Iced Tea/Monster Energy Drink as well?

I heard that 7up owns both the Monster Enegy Drink and the Arizona Iced Tea company……is this tru? And if so, is the 7up company independent? or does another company own them? Thanks!

I know that a company named Kalil owns 7 Up. They do apparently own the Arizona ice tea company as well, but I don’t believe they own Monster energy drink. Hope this helps.

Cadbury-Schweppes owns the 7up, Dr. Pepper, Canada Dry, Clamato, Hawaiian Punch, Motts, Schweppes, and Snapple brands..

Arizona Iced Tea is owned by the Arizona Beverages Company, a branch of Ferolito, Vultaggio & Sons, which started out as a brewery in New York City.

Monster Energy Drink is produced by Monster Beverage Co of Corona, California.

Neither Pepsico (the parent company for Pepsi) nor The Coca-Cola Company owns any of them.

Pepsi’s tried to challenge 7-up over the years with Teem, then Slice, and now with Sierra Mist. Coke has tried to challenge them with Sprite and with Fanta.

First of all, to correct one of your other answers, 7up is NOT owned by Pepsi. 7Up is owned by Cadbury Schweppes. They do not own Monster, but in some areas they may distribute it (same with Arizona). My hubby works for them and up until a few months ago locally they were the distributors for Monster until another local distributor (beer, of all things) bought the distribution rights for our region. So, in your area, your 7up may distribute Monster, or some other beverage co may (such as Coke, etc), just depends on who has the distribution rights. Cadbury Schweppes owns Snapple, among other things. For more about who and what they own go to their website.
