Will it be safe to drink a Monster now & then a 5 hour energy around 6:00PM?
I want to wake up now – and I don’t think they will let me carry my Monster onto the plane. So if I drink it now…
Will it be safe to drink a 5 Hour Energy drink right before I board my plane???
I am 14 and about 120lbs. Will this be bad on my heart?
Well while energy drinks are not designed for kids there is not much of a problem if one is consumed every now and then. Even so theres should not be any more than 2 a day consumed. Red Bull recommends only 1 to 2 a day and even XS Energy, the top healthy energy drink, recommends against having more than 2 of theirs.
Now Monster is a larger can so it has 2 servings in it. Even though the 5 Hour Energy is also a healthy energy drink I don’t think you should take both today.
If we drink enough water we increase our energy levels and motabolism by 3%. Plus caffeine actually dehydrates us since it takes more water to process than a caffeinated beverage contains. What I would recomend is to drink the 5 Hour Energy now and drink water for the rest of the time.
However, if you have the Monster already and can’t take it on a plane then I guess it would be just as fine to drink the Monster now and water for the rest of the day. I would save the 5 Hour Energy for another day.

Just try drinking gatorade or a lesser energy drink. I’m 15 and im afraid to drink that crap.

i do it all the time…i usually get the huge can of monster drink it and half ways through take the 6 hour shot its an awesome combo…im 22 and weigh the same…your good to go dude
