Now Monster is a larger can so it has 2 servings in it. Even though the 5 Hour Energy is also a healthy energy drink I don’t think you should take both today.
If we drink enough water we increase our energy levels and motabolism by 3%. Plus caffeine actually dehydrates us since it takes more water to process than a caffeinated beverage contains. What I would recomend is to drink the 5 Hour Energy now and drink water for the rest of the time.
However, if you have the Monster already and can’t take it on a plane then I guess it would be just as fine to drink the Monster now and water for the rest of the day. I would save the 5 Hour Energy for another day.
